These terms apply every time you request and receive a service through Turshid. They are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Turshid's role

Turshid is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent service providers. Turshid does not carry out the work itself and is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider you hire. The provider is responsible for the work, its quality and its warranty.

2. Your service request

• Give accurate and complete information: the exact location, property details, photos and documents.
• You must own the property or have the owner's permission for the work, and you are responsible for any approval the building owner, community or authority requires from you.
• Your request is shown to approved service providers so they can send proposals before the deadline you set.

3. Proposals and hiring a provider

• Compare the proposals, the price, the timeline, the quotation and the provider's reviews before you decide.
• When you hire a provider, an agreement is made between you and that provider on the scope, price and timeline of their proposal.

4. Milestones and payments

• You pay the provider directly (cash, bank transfer or cheque) for each agreed milestone. Turshid does not collect or hold payments for services.
• Approve a milestone only after you have checked that the work is done. The provider confirms on Turshid when they receive your payment.
• Keep your receipts and the provider's invoices.

5. Access and safety

Give the provider safe access to the site at the agreed times and tell them about any known hazards, such as electrical faults or roof damage.

6. Cancellation and completion

• You can cancel a request before any milestone has been created.
• Once milestones exist, finish the job by marking the project as complete; milestones that were not approved are then shown as cancelled.
• Any disagreement about the work or payments is settled between you and the provider. Turshid can help you communicate but is not responsible for the outcome.

7. Communication and reviews

• Use Turshid messages for project communication and treat providers with respect.
• Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience.

8. Liability

Turshid is not liable for the quality of the work, delays, damage or losses caused by a provider. Warranties for workmanship and equipment are given by the provider and the manufacturer.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next request.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Turshid platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
 

2. User Registration

2.1. To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.  
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify Turshid immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 
 

3. Services Offered

3.1. Turshid offers a marketplace for renewable energy and energy efficiency-related services, including but not limited to solar installation, energy audits, energy analytics, energy-efficient products, and electric vehicle charger installation.
3.2. Users can request services, and service providers can bid on these requests.
 

4. Payment and Fees

4.1. Payment terms for services are determined by the individual service providers and agreed upon between the parties involved. Turshid may facilitate payments through third-party payment processors.
 

5. User Conduct

5.1. Users shall not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
 

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
 

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Turshid or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
 

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1. Turshid makes no warranties or representations about the quality or suitability of the services offered by service providers. Users use the Platform at their own risk.
 

9. Termination

9.1. Turshid reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.
 

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
 

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

1.1. Turshid collects personal information from users to provide and improve our services. This may include contact information, payment details, and other data necessary for service delivery.
 

2. Use of Information

2.1. Turshid may use user information to facilitate services, process payments, communicate with users, and improve the Platform.
 

3. Disclosure of Information

3.1. Turshid may share user information with service providers to fulfill service requests. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
 

4. Security

4.1. Turshid employs security measures to protect user data. However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
 

5. Changes to Privacy Policy

5.1. Turshid may update the Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

These terms apply when you register as a service provider, send proposals and deliver services through Turshid. They are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and verification

• You must be a registered business with a valid commercial registration and every licence, approval and certification the authorities in Oman require for the work you offer.
• All documents and information you give must be true and up to date. Turshid approves provider accounts at its discretion and may ask for more documents at any time.

2. Proposals (bids)

• Send a proposal only for work you can deliver, based on the customer's request.
• Your proposal must state the scope, the price in OMR, the timeline and include your quotation.
• If the customer hires you, you are bound by your proposal.

3. Doing the work

• Work to professional standards and follow the laws, safety rules, building codes and utility requirements that apply.
• Use qualified staff and the equipment and quality stated in your proposal, and obtain any permits or utility approvals the job needs.
• Respect the customer's property and leave the site clean and safe.

4. Milestones and payments

• Agree clear milestones with the customer. The customer pays you directly; Turshid does not collect or hold payments for services.
• Confirm each payment you receive on Turshid (Mark as Paid) promptly and accurately, and give the customer an invoice.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and fees.

5. Warranty and after-sales

Give the workmanship warranty stated in your proposal and pass the manufacturers' warranties to the customer.

6. Liability and insurance

You are responsible for any damage, injury or loss caused by your work or your staff and should hold suitable insurance. Turshid is not liable for your work.

7. Communication, conduct and privacy

• Reply to customers promptly, use Turshid messages for project communication and behave professionally.
• Use customers' personal information only for their project and keep it confidential.

8. Reviews and performance

Customers can review your work. Manipulating reviews, poor performance or breaking these terms can lead to suspension or removal from Turshid.

9. If you cannot continue

If you cannot start or finish a job you were hired for, tell the customer and Turshid straight away.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next proposal.
